Refund Policy
Unused words
Unused words in a pack are refundable; consumed words are not.
How to request
Email support@popgloss.app with your purchase email and order number. Once approved, the refund goes back via the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Effect of a refund
A refund revokes the words granted by that order and marks the license as refunded; activated devices lose access to cloud explanations.
