1. License

After purchase you receive a perpetual license for use on up to 3 Macs you own or control. Client features remain available permanently.

2. Credits

One standard explanation consumes 1 credit; cached repeats within 60 seconds and failed requests consume nothing.
Repeated requests for identical content within 60 seconds hit the cache and consume 0 credits.
Failed or interrupted requests are never charged.
Granted and purchased credits never expire and never reset monthly.

3. Fair use

The API is rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per license. Reselling, bulk scraping, or using it to circumvent the model provider's terms is prohibited.

4. Changes

For material changes to these terms we will notify registered users by email.
